First, navigate to the ‘Mentor Match’ section of the navigation bar on the left.

Once in the Mentor Match view, you will see an eyeglass icon that says ‘Find a match.’ Click here to get started.

Here, you will complete a baseline survey to receive personalized match results. Click ‘begin’ to get started.

Answer each question in the form to the best of your ability. These answers will help us determine the best mentors for you to match with. Once each question has been answered, click the ‘Next’ button. You can always navigate between questions using the forward and backward arrows on the bottom right of the screen.

Finally, when you are satisfied with your answers, click the ‘Get matched up!’ button at the end of the survey!

You will be navigated back to the Mentor Match view after the check-in process. You will now see your screen populated with potential mentors to match with! Try inviting mentors with whom you are likelier to be a match by clicking ‘Invite to match’ under a mentor profile.

After clicking invite to match, you should see a notification in the top right of your screen telling you the request was successfully sent! For now, you will see ‘Awaiting Response’ under the mentor’s name. The mentor will receive an email inviting them to match with you. If they choose to accept, you will be notified of your new mentor match!

To Rematch:

If you have issues with your current mentor, you can always re-take the mentor match survey in the ‘Mentor Match’ view. Reach out to your organization owner with your results and request to rematch mentors. If you need help finding out who your organization owner(s) are or their emails, head to the settings view by hovering over your profile image near the top left of the screen and clicking ‘Settings’ just below it.

Scroll down to the ‘Who can see my data’ section from there. Under the organization section at the bottom, you will see all emails linked to your organization's administrators. Reach out to one of them with a request to rematch w/ another mentor.
