How to Submit App Feedback

Easily provide feedback or report issues to help improve the platform.

Step 1: Log in to your DistrictZero account to arrive at the homepage. The navigation bar on the left of your screen allows you to navigate to different app sections. At the very bottom is the ‘App Feedback’ option. Start by clicking there.

Step 2: A popup window will appear in the center of your screen, prompting you to leave feedback. Type your feedback in the text field and click ‘Submit Feedback’ when ready.
